Suggest a graphical browser for remote browsing of UNIX file system?

Occasionally I need to work on files on my office's computer system from home. All that is offered me is a UNIX login, where I enter a userid and numerical password from this gadget they gave me. However, I rarely use UNIX, so I have problems navigating the file system and finding what I need.

Is there a graphical interface program, providing Windows-like file navigation, that I can use to browse and access the UNIX file system?

Ask your UNIX system administrator to install and configure SAMBA and train you on how to access your office files from home.
