Unix directory owner and group?

Hi, I have a unix directory. Its group and owner is lets say USERX. (drwxr-x--x)

What I need is that, if some other user creates a file in this directory, I want the owner and group to automatically be USERX.

How can I do that?

Unix directory owner and group?
why don't you juse sudo as that user and create the files?

What you're trying to do defeats the purpose of security.... The "some other user" might as well login/sudo as USERX.

And if you don't have permissions to sudo as that user, you shouldn't be able to claim they are the owner of the files you are creating.

Please add more information if you want a better solution.
